SEEDS has a host of engaging activities and programs coming up this week. Come explore and play, use your senses, do crafts, read and tell stories, and learn about the living world around you. Explore Tuesdays: 9 a.m. - noon, Explore outside and indoors. After School Thursdays: 2-5 p.m., A great place to play and learn after lunch and naptime. Do you know an 8th grader who needs service activities? Thursdays might be a good time to come over and volunteer. Play Date Fridays: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m., Snow. Making coffee filter snowflakes. Family Saturdays: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m., Bird watching around the nature center grounds. By appointment on Mondays and Wednesdays: For class trips/tours please inquire by email [email protected]. Located at Blacksburgs historic Price House, 107 Wharton Street, SE. Parking in the driveway, on Wharton St., and within two short blocks on Clay St. at the Spout Spring parking strip. Admission is free. Donations welcome. Visit at any point during open hours to enjoy activities. Fun for all ages.
