SEEK DAILY, Monday, March 24 Psalms 29:1-11 THE LORD ENTHRONED AS KING The Lord sitteth upon the flood; yea, the Lord sitteth King forever.... Psalm 29:10-11, KJV God represents different things to His people. To some, He is the Lord; to others, Friend or King. As a king, He sits on His throne and rules the earth. This is so because all power belongs to Him. All earthly thrones are limited in power, time and space. God rules ultimately, forever and in all the earth. One valuable property of a king is his word. When kings speak, their words and commands are backed up with authority. No man despises the word of a king and goes scot-free. Therefore, if you enthrone God as King over your life, He will give you strength and bless you with His peace. He has the authority to settle all life’s issues by His words. His voice is power. Beloved, let Him speak concerning your situation and your life will be better for it. You will have nothing to contend with, as all your contenders would have no choice than to obey the majestic voice of the Lord. May the Lord surround your life with fruitful activities and make a way for you where there seems to be no way.
