SEEKING ANIMAL CRUELTY CHARGES: Riverside County Animal Services Director Robert Miller will be seeking animal cruelty charges against the owner of 61 Shetland sheep dogs. The animals were impounded after a house fire displaced them. Although originally believed to be healthy, further examination showed the dogs suffered signs of years of neglect.
