SENIOR CONTRACTS SPECIALIST *Sudapet Company Ltd is seeking qualified candidates to fill the following vacant position in CPL Department. Title: SENIOR CONTRACTS SPECIALIST Reporting to:SH CONTRACTS Location: Sudapet Headquarter 1. Basic Function and Scope: Assists in the preparation of overall requests related to Contract documents from tender stage to close out of contract works. Administers updates, monitors, maintains, ensusres that the placement of all tenderڑ & contracts in accordance with approved CPL’s policy and procedures, and ensures audibility by internal and external auditors. - Role holder should be technically proficient in an area of CONTRACTS. He/She will be responsible for developing work plans/specifications in line with set objectives and will be held accountable for the quality of work. He/She is likely to liaise with other areas of CONTRACTS in order to achieve company goals in the specialization - Ability to coach, mentor and supervise junior staff work - Assist in developing and implementing of established procedures for contracts management and administration in compliance with company policy. As appropriate, contribute to/or influence company policies. - Contribue to ensure proper bidders’ qualification and evaluation process. -Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation. -Coordinate with different end users to develop and execute Master Procurement Plan 2. Minimum Requirements: - B.Sc. in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent . At least 6 years of working experience with at least 5 years in related Contracts functions . Good written and spoken business English. . Strong report writing and presentation skills. . Computer literacy & experience in related software (SAP, ERP..etc) is an advantage. . Strong interpersonal skills . Project management capabilities. . Good time management skills 3.
