SEO/SEM Manager Job Requirements: • At least 3 years hands on experience in SEO • Have competence with Google Analytics, KissMetrics (tracking programs) • Proven experience achieving strong SEO results for websites • Demonstrate strong analytical (Google Analytics, Google Webmaster tools etc.) and reporting skills • Previous, hands on experience within an agency or client side • Experience with CMS’s would be an advantage • Understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP • Experience in online Foreign Exchange Trading and Binaries affiliate business would be an advantage, but not essential. • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) • Highly motivated and proactive • Creative , positive and presentable and strong attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal skills Job Responsibilities: The talented SEO / SEM Manager is responsible for: SEO • Hands on implementation and analysis of SEO campaigns • Link building and planning linking strategies • Conducting SEO Audits/Strategies for new and existing accounts • SEO Keyword research and selection • SEO Content optimization • Ensuring all tactics comply with Search Engine regulations • Reporting the performance of campaigns and developing ways to improve results • Participate in monthly meetings with the Digital Marketing Manager to present on SEO findings • Consulting with any external suppliers as needed for specific SEO work • Stay up to date with all latest SEO trends SEM • Hands on implementation and analysis of SEM campaigns • Develop marketing campaigns around keywords (via various search engines such as Google, Yahoo, Bing etc) to drive traffic to a website and convert them to customers • Work with sales and marketing teams to generate messaging / creative and then develop a search campaign around this • Develop strategy for SEM campaigns according to a defined budget given SEM is a paid marketing channel • Track and analyze campaigns to identify optimization opportunities: • o Develop and test new key words o Refining acquisition funnel (via landing pages linked to their keywords all the way to the registration form stage) o Identifying “re-targeting” opportunities for leads generated via PPC campaigns Please send CV to nicole.recruitment@gmail
