However, by comparison to the widespread corruption and collusion of David J. Kappos and his IBM cronies in Leader v. Facebook, this move against the trademark commissioner, Deborah Cohn, is childs play. It is the same sort of slap on the wrist weve seen from Attorney General Eric H. Holder who has sanctioned the Wall Street banks for mere pittances as compared to the hundreds of billions of dollars that they made off the so-called mortgage crisis. Some pundits now believe that the 2008 bank bailout was nothing more than a concocted scheme for the Obama Administration cronies to line their pockets, pump the value of their pre-IPO Facebook stock, and buy votes; led by IBM, attorney James P. Chandler III, The Eclipse Foundation, Lawrence Larry Summers and George Soros.
