SEPTEMBER 26: IT And Communications Coordinator/ Webmaster Eugene ONeill Theater Center The Eugene O’Neill Theater Center in Waterford, CT currently has an opening for an IT and Communications Coordinator/ Webmaster. This position is a great opportunity for a self-starting, motivated team player. This job is for someone with intermediate/advanced IT experience in a fast-paced environment. Core duties and areas of responsibility: - Identify, document, and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and other Information Systems (IS) issues; - Coordinate and engage outside partners to facilitate IS design and implementation; - Support and maintain communication systems including phone and data networks. Experience in Avaya systems and VoIP Technology preferred; - Network firewall configuration and maintenance (Sonicwall experience preferred); - Windows Server configuration and maintenance; - The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and documentation skills, as well as the ability to efficiently manage time and tasks.
