SEPTEMBER LIONS CLUB CITIZEN OF THE MONTH -- Brennan Eiswerth The Jersey Shore Lions Club Citizen of the Month for September is Brennan James Eiswerth son of Eric and Lisa Eiswerth, of Jersey Shore. Eiswerths activities include Pep Club, National Honor Society, School Counts, basketball, football, Future Business Leaders of America and Outdoor Club. Eiswerth served two years as treasurer of the outdoor club. This year, in addition to accepting the role of Outdoor Clubs president, he is the football teams captain. Outside school, Eiswerth serves as volunteer and altar server at his church. He is a detasseler and crew manager for Camerer Farms. Eiswerth is a regular member of the distinguished honor roll. In FBLA regional competition, he has placed first and second, and he placed fifth in state-level competition. He is a three-year varsity letter winner in football and was selected as a Pennsylvania Heartland Athletic Conference Academic All-Star as a junior. Eiswerth was selected to be a participant in the Hugh OBrien Youth Conference and a member of the Mercy Summer Leadership Academy. He enjoys fly fishing and hunting and plans to attend college for a degree in civil or mechanical engineering.
