SERENA VILLAGE PUNTA CANA PROJECT DESCRIPTION SERENA VILLAGE, with an enviable strategic placement, is located 10 minutes away from the Punta Cana International Airport, 15 minutes away from all the beaches in the area and right next to Hospiten, the most important international hospital in the region. Up to date, we have developed the first phase of the first Stage, the which houses 160 apartment units in 10 central building blocks, all of them surrounding 2 pools, green areas, gardens and common social areas of gazebos and mini gazebos for BBQ.. The second phase of this stage is composed of 7 building blocks, located in the frontal and posterior perimeters of the central building blocks and this phase is also in the process of completion with delivery date of September 2013.
