System Support [Job ID: 10090] Salary : 20,000 - 35,000 THB Location : Serm-Mit Tower, Asoke Working Hours : Mon-Fri (08.30 - 17.30) Job Description • Provide support to users in resolving software and hardware problems. • Maintain contacts with external suppliers. • Assume responsibility for specific files with autonomy and mainly independently. • Follow up of missions or important messages to IT team members. • Monitor server performance. • Troubleshooting and performance improvement skills. • Advise IT technology information with user all to support and develop company system effectively.
