This is the final day of our push to raise funds to build a permanent home for Serenity High in McKinney, the nation’s only public recovery high school. Phones open 8-11 a.m at 800-752-4769.) Serenity High celebrated its 15th birthday last Saturday, and for all of those years, Serenity has been in portable buildings. It’s time for a permanent building with the name “Serenity High” cast in concrete above its door. Miracles of recovery happen every day at Serenity High. Please help those miracles continue on into the future. My goal for this last day of our drive is to raise $10,000 (or more) toward our goal. If you will donate $50 (or more), I will give you a $25 subscription to my magazine. Sure, it’s a very bad “sale,” but it’s for a spectacular cause.
