SERMON PREACHED BY HOPHINI & PHINEHAS AT SHILOH Hophini and Phinehas were the two sons of Eli who were the Presiding Bishops at the Cathedral worship place at Shiloh following their father, Archbishop Elis retirement from service. They were evil bishops. Bishops of Beliel. They kicked at the Lords sacrifice. They slept with choice women of Israel at the very door of the tabernacle (1Sam.2:22). Married or unmarried, once you are a woman and they lustfully get interested in you, that was it. If a husband protests, he may go for it.....Yet, Hophini and Phinehas were preaching. Preaching what? They cannot preach with authority with some of the girls they were sleeping with singing in the great Shiloh choir. Dead men cannot preach messages that can change lives. A preacher living in sin is a dead preacher. Life cannot come forth from such a person. When people talk about dead pulpits, I disagree.
