SETTING THE RECORD STRAIGHT!!! The MCA is NOT against Malamulele having its own separate Municipality. We want Malamulele to Have its own municicpality hence we are providing another option for this cause. Its obvious from what the Dermacation Board and Experts in Economics are saying through the Media. They say Malamulele does NOT need its own Municicpality but rather we need to find ways for better service delivery for them. That is what the responses from the MDB and Pravin Gordhan are saying. The MCA believes Malamulele really needs its OWN municipality and we shall assist is getting a municicpality for the Malamulele people even though we are branded as the people who dont want Malamulele to have a municipality. The challenge we are facing right now is Time, lets say the MDB decides to grant us a Municipality, how long will this take? 1. the documents have to be resent after the new period opens for redermacationg of municicpalities open. 2. the MDB will take into consideration the application 3. the MDB has to consult the people and affected parties 4. the MDB has to send an Econimist to do a viability study again 5. Malamulele people have to wait for another five years for the process to complete 6. then a redermacation of wards have to be redermacated. Now these are some of the things that will have to take place before we are told if we qualify or NOT again. Are we as Malamulele people willing to wait that LONG? Im a resident of Malamulele and I know Im tired of waiting. SO MOST WOULD ASK WHAT IS TEH SOLUTION? Beleive it or NOt the MCA is the only solution right NOW. 1. We can get a fully working municipality which is Thulamela in 2016 2. we dont have to Go through the dermacation process 3. we take over all budgets for Thulamela 4. we get Malamulele people leading the New municicpality 5. we change the name to something relevant to Malamulele as Vhembe already have 3 other Venda named municipalities IF WE ARE UNITED WE CAN REALISE OUR DREAM BY NEXT YEAR!!!! ITS GOING TO BE A TRANSITION LIKE BETWEEN THE APARTHEID AND THE NEW GOVERMENT! MCA IS OUR FUTURE COMRADES!!!
