Honorable Chief Justice of High Court today has directed the Union of India to become a party in PIL filed by Gulam Rabbani Advocate regarding the killing of 11 year old Shaik Mustafauddin by the army personals in Mehdipatnam army garrison area and considering this as a grave case in nature and stated that due to the said incident the image of army is under screen and directed the Union Of India to take a notice and become a party and meanwhile has directed the Commissioner of Hyderabad to submit the report regarding the progress and status of the case, the case is posted for next week.
