(Besides, who doesnt love a good T-storm on occasion?! ;) ) My Workshop: Walking the Winding Road: Spirituality on the Sacred Path of the Labyrinth: Labyrinths have marked sacred space for over 4000 years across countries, cultures, and belief systems around the world. They have been used for healing, meditation, and symbolism of a sacred spiritual journey. Unlike a maze, which is designed for the traveler to become lost, the labyrinths single path to the center and back is symbolic of the ultimate journey to finding the self. We will discuss ways the Labyrinth can become a cherished spiritual practice for energetic and emotional grounding, for problem solving, and for ceremonial or devotional ritual. We will also examine some common designs and landscaping techniques, and will share a basic construction pattern. 10:00-10:45AM.
