When I moved to Heron Isle and set up my cable, I didnt want Satellite for a reason so I ordered the only other option I had which was Hotwire Communications (a cable company). Go figure their cable is through Dish network anyways grrrr... Nothing but issues with their so called 10mbs high speed internet they offer. Oh and today after 3 months here, I decide to order a movie off pay per view, now who the hell ever heard of the cable box needing a phone line or internet connection to order a movie??? Is this 1995? Well I plugged in the internet and low and behold.... Cannot connect. I spend 15 minutes on the phone with them and before anything is resolved... HA! I lose phone signal (because Im going through my wifi), and they never called me back. I dont care if Comcast has the worst customer service... I miss my 30mbs high speed internet and wide variety of on-demand selections... (which dish doesnt have)... ok Ive Ranted enough........
