SHARE with friends in and around Queensbury... Police say a black bear has been causing a nuisance over the last two days in different neighborhoods. The Post-Star reports that the 300-pound bear is destroying bird feeders in order to get the seed, and even finding its way into fenced-in yards to grab a bite. Residents are urged to take down their bird feeders, secure their garbage and bring pets in overnight.
