SHARING My mom has always been one of the strictest women Ive ever known and that made me get along better with my dad , since he was the submissive one. Despite her strictness, their divorce made me see how my parents parenting ways complimented each other towards raising us.Although we insisted on staying with our dad, my moms absence devastated me more and more by the day. There was just too much freedom in our home and I missed her strictness. Imissed her telling everyone that we should all sit together during supper, missed being told that its curfew time, I also missed the order in which our home operated when she was around.I learned to appreciate my mom. No matter how strict parents may be, they usually mean well.They are also teaching us to be the best parents to our kids in future.They are doing it with love.Lets keep instilling the best values in our kids so that they can be valuable, loving parents to their kids as well.
