Thanks David for the nomination. Here is my ice bucket challenge. Im not going to nominate anyone but ask that you take a few minutes to find out about motor neurone disease and the affect it has on peoples lives (mndassociation.org). If the purpose is to raise awareness of the condition then we need to start by increasing our own awareness and understanding. Please dont forget to donate either. Also if youre concerned about the waste of water then you can also donate to Water Aid (wateraid.org/uk/). The government are doubling any donation made until the 9th September.
