SHORT ON TIME BREAKFAST QUICKIE: 2-3 Strawberries small handful blueberries handful blackberries and raspberries 1/2 sliced banana 1/4 c plain Greek yogurt small sprinkle of raw honey or coconut palm sugar (to sweeten if needed ) sprinkle with crushed pecans and unsweetened coconut shreds. ***I dont use flavored yogurts. Too many additives and added sugar. My sweetener go-tos are raw honey (its a natural food w/ health benefits, but use sparingly because like sugar, it spikes insulin . Or, coconut palm sugar because, while processed, it is a natural, low glycemic food. I do not keep sugar in my house. No white, brown, powdered, raw, none of it. If its there, Ill use it.
