SHORT term FOSTER NEEDED for these DOG FRIENDLY dogs- (Sharing for my friend Katie and the animals of course!!) Hi everyone. I hate to beg but I am at that point. These three wonderful dogs have rescue in Colorado. Fiddle and Iroquois leave for transport on the 30th. Shiner leaves on the 23rd. They are currently at the KCK Animal Control and AC wants them out asap. I dont have funding to board them nor do I want to. They have done their time in a kennel. Fiddle and Iroquois are both unaltered so I will need foster to be able to drop off at Great Plains to get neutered, per your schedule, as well. Rescue pays for all this. Shiner is already fully vetted. If you can help, please let me know. I am sorry for all my emails on this. They are all dog friendly and sweet. Your current pets must be spayed/neutered and up to date on shots as well. If anyone was thinking of fostering, I sure could use your help now. Thanks, Katie [email protected] Fiddle- 2-3 year old Boxer/Shar Pei/Shep mix. Very sweet and just wants to be loved. He tested good with other dogs and loved to be pet and loved on by the volunteers. He weighs about 60 pounds. Iroquois- 1 year old Dalmatian mix. He is dog friendly as he came in with another dog. He is about 60 pounds and tall and lanky. He has a lot of puppy energy from being cooped up in shelter. While I cant see him hurting a kid, I can see him accidentally knocking one down so I would say no toddlers. Very sweet boy though. Shiner- Rottie mix. 1-2 years old and 75 pounds. He is good with other dogs and loves to play. He will need to be exercised as well. They are just still pups and need to run off that puppy energy. Very sweet boy though. (already fully vetted) NONE of these dogs have been around cats so I dont know about cats. I would air on the side of caution and telling you no or tell you to keep your cats completely separate until they are gone.
