Second example 53, 3x3=9 write 9 , 5x3x2=30, write 0 carry 3 , 5x5=25, 25+3=28 , So 2809 is square of 53 . Now lets find square root of 3 digit numbers. For example we need to find square of 124 , 124-100 =24 , 124+24 = 148 , 24s square is 576 , 14800+576 = 15376 So 15376 is square of 124 , Second example - Square of 212- 212-200=12 , 212+12=224 , 12s square is 144 , 22400+144 = 22544 22544 is square of 212.
