SHOULD RETURNING TERRORISM SUSPECTS BE FORCED TO WEAR TRACKING DEVICES? We recently published an article asking the question: What should happen to returning Jihadists? . Many were outraged at the thought that such people might be treated leniently. They called for the revocation of passports, life imprisonment and even torture, shootings, live burials, beheadings and the massacre of their families. Foreign Minister Julia Bishop has reportedly announced that the passports of 80 suspected foreign fighters have now been cancelled. But how about those who return and are not charged with offences? Or those who are charged and released into the community on bail while awaiting their court dates? What should be done with them? Our latest Blog post has more.
