SHOULD SHE BE CHARGED? A woman is behind bars right now for allegedly shooting and killing her cousin in Upper St. Clair (Shes from Missouri). But, her lawyer says, it was all an accident and the family doesnt want her to face charges. According to the Trib, the family was drinking around a bon fire for Halloween and 27 year old Joshua Poremski handed his cousin, 28 year old Stephanie Munizza, a gun. He allegedly told her it wasnt loaded and asked her if she would be able to really shoot a person. He allegedly said, Prove it. Munizza said the gun accidentally went off and shot Poremski in the head. She was denied bail and charged with criminal homicide, but says it was all an accident. WHAT DO YOU THINK?
