The mentioned position will be recruited for implementing the project interventions: Job Nature Full-time Educational Requirements Masters in any discipline. Experience Requirements At least 3 year(s) Additional Job Requirements At least 3 years working experience in disaster management; Experience in implementation of the DRR activities; Strong understanding of DRR and Disaster Management issues; Experience in developing training modules and materials, organizing and facilitating the training/workshop/seminar sessions at the community and UP/UZ level; Experience on reviewing different policies (e.g. contingency plan, disaster mgt. policy, communication guideline, gender policy etc.) Networking, reporting, financial management & computer skills; Excellent communication skill both in English and Bangla.
