SLBC and the Daily news (or in other words the Rajapakse family) have been trying to accuse the common candidate of foreign exchange fraud and have named one of the persons involved as Athula Rohan Weeraratne. Athula Rohan Weeraratne is the head of a company called Elcardo which installs roller doors and imports vehicles and items for construction related purposes and was established 1985. Elcardo proudly states that they do not need to provide certificates of the craftsmanship or the quality of their roller doors.
