SLITTING LINE OPERATOR - MEYERTON Relevant experience operating a machine will be advantageous Grade 12 and a Crane license Flexible & “Can do” attitude. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Team player and able to produce results whilst under pressure Energetic, dynamic and driven personality Dedicated, willing to grow and adapt to change TECHNICAL SKILLS: Must be able to utilize measuring equipment Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 of Quality Management Systems Computer Literacy will be advantageous Previous knowledge operating a machine would be advantageous PRIMARY FUNCTION OF THE POSITION: Operating the slitting line KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Daily operating on the slitting line Measuring Slitting line products Recording of data onto quality production logs Recording shift performance on machine logs Housekeeping Adhering to the quality standard operating procedures Liaising with the machine line operators
