SMILE CAMP is all about … creating smiles on the faces of First Coast children with disabilities for over 35 years. Elementary school children with physical impairments, cerebral palsy, autism, intellectual disabilities, and sensory (visual/ hearing) impairments are invited to attend this week-long day camp. June 24-28 8 am — 3 pm North Fork Leadership Center 4500 Trefoil Trail Middleburg, Florida 32068 CAMP IS AFFORDABLE! While it costs over $400 to serve each camper at Smile Camp, the 2013 camper fee is only $65 and includes lunch and transportation to and from bus pick-up points located in Duval County.
