SNIFFLES UPDATE: Immediate foster needed for this 5 yr. old male Cocker Spaniel who is currently at the Oyster Bay Animal Shelter on Long Island. Sniffles is a fearful dog who needs an experienced foster and a home with low activity level and very few visitors. He is shy at first but warms up once he feels safe. He has permanent head tilt following TECA but is otherwise healthy and friendly with caregivers that he knows. Sniffles has recently had TECA surgery on both ears, which could not be salvaged due to the damage sustained by lifelong infection. He is deaf and also has a permanent head tilt, which is a risk following this type of procedure.
