SO BE IT by Lahry Sibley Joh 5:36 But I have greater witness than that of John: for the works which the Father hath given me to finish, the same works that I do, bear witness of me, that the Father hath sent me. Joh 5:37 And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me. Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his shape. Joh 5:38 And ye have not his word abiding in you: for whom he hath sent, him ye believe not. Joh 5:39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. Joh 5:40 And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life. Heb 5:9 And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him; Heb 5:10 Called of God an high priest after the order of Melchisedec. Heb 5:11 Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing. Heb 5:12 For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. Heb 5:13 For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. Heb 5:14 But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil. How long does it take, ye Sun Day only believers, for you to ever become a teacher yourself? How many years, people are faithful on Sun Day, and yet have progressed to nothing more than what they began with. They exercise no spiritual gift. Their limbs are bare of leaf and fruit. Where is this leading you? And what benefit have you gained from all of this going through the motions. Not only can you NOT WALK on your own. You are not capable of crawling. And what does this say for those who have lectured before you under the steeple of disguise? Have they no more to show for their labor, than you? When will the eye be opened to see the falsity, the façade of such charades? If you keep on doing what youve always done, both preacher and bench warmer alike, you will keep on getting what you always got. Are you comfortable with that? Is that all there is? If and when do you read your bible, do you find yourself there on a single page? Are these books and chapters there to only take up space? Where is the evidence of obedience, holiness, and sanctified service, for all your years of attendance? Is it behind a Halloween mask? Is it hung on a Christmas tree? Is it painted on an easter egg? Is that it? Listen.......LISTEN.....to what HAYAH (I AM) spoke through the prophet Isaiah....... Isa 58:3 Wherefore have we fasted, say they, and thou seest not? wherefore have we afflicted our soul, and thou takest no knowledge? Behold, in the day of your fast ye find pleasure, and exact all your labours. Isa 58:4 Behold, ye fast for strife and debate, and to smite with the fist of wickedness: ye shall not fast as ye do this day, to make your voice to be heard on high. Isa 58:5 Is it such a fast that I have chosen? a day for a man to afflict his soul? is it to bow down his head as a bulrush, and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him? wilt thou call this a fast, and an acceptable day to the LORD? Isa 58:6 Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke? Isa 58:7 Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh? Isa 58:8 Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy rereward. Isa 58:9 Then shalt thou call, and the LORD shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am. If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke, the putting forth of the finger, and speaking vanity; Does that in any way resemble your Christian life? No? I didnt think so. Then why are you so hopeful that these promises here belong to you? u go church once, twice, three times a week, and for how many years? But have you yet been to the CROSS? Has your preacher/teacher even mentioned the necessity of doing so? 2Co 13:5 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates? 2Co 13:7 Now I pray to God that ye do no evil; not that we should appear approved, but that ye should do that which is honest, though we be as reprobates. 2Co 13:8 For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth. 2Co 13:9 For we are glad, when we are weak, and ye are strong: and this also we wish, even your perfection. 2Co 13:10 Therefore I write these things being absent, lest being present I should use sharpness, according to the power which the Lord hath given me to edification, and not to destruction. 2Co 13:11 Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you. 2Co 13:12 Greet one another with an holy kiss.
