SO IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF ANY DESENT FROM ANYWHERE....Visiting any village in indonesia, especially Bali and staying with a local person and not in a guest house for longer than 24hours you and the owner of the house need to report to the local village chief and Authorities! REASON BEING... The Bali Bombings and they have tightened security! Ok but why stay in a guest house, well they fill out the forms, if i want to sign the forms and stay with my friends and then sleep in a strange guest house in Denpasar i can! I would much rather pay Wilmana and Komang Sriani to stay at home with them as they need the money. If i have to stay in a guest house in Bali i only really know and trust Good day Balirocks Padang-Padang! But i hear Jan-Philipp Jacobsen has an amazing guest house to stay at so My bali family will not get in trouble. Basically i have to move out within three days tops, but actually today as both the Australian and NZ consulates told me. Because i am waiting for funds to transfer into my account i cannot pay for a room up front. Im told that i can stay in a guest house and give some form of ID to secure the room until I pay! Sounds Good... Soo Jan is there a spare room at your guest house in Kuta and can you please help me to arrange one night there unless i go to Huu.
