SO IN PERSPECTIVE, as I came from THAT world, and I look at THIS world in Finland ... We seemed to have a handle on it a long time and in the open far longer .. Including NEW YORK TIMES doing an article as in so many of these just generally known ... Is our take on it from a different point of view as some Finn professionals resolutely refuse to see the reality .. yes ! ... so .. let me put this article forward too Since in my past work circles here in Finland I had one assoc. turn to me and say sarcastically ( you know who you are ) SO DO WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING SEPARATELY ON THIS TOO ??? ... I said NO, why NOT just finally Give notice within the Hetero circles that our LGBT friends here in Finland JUST MIGHT HAVE A PROBLEM TOO ! .. and while NOT addressing it .. it just adds to further marginalization, stigma... As I have said so often how while NOT in view, how many parents and family members suffer in silence as they watch their Gay and Lesbian friends suffer and more often also die slowly ... outcasts as it is within the community then even worse tossed off within the gay community ... and it does happen... so as I said ... heres a bit more .. nytimes/2013/02/19/booming/celebrating-your-big-sober-gay-birthday.html?_r=0
