SOME people are so easily duped by the news media and politicians. Obama and the MAINSTREAM MEDIA blame a Bush era law for these illegal aliens from Central America not being immediately deported. Then, your average American who does not take the time to research the law runs around saying its a Bush or Republican law. The law in question is S.3061/H.R. 7311 - William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008. The sponsors of the bill were SENATOR JOE BIDEN and REPRESENTATIVE Howard Berman (both DEMOCRATS.) Co-sponsors in the Senate included Dianne Feinstein, Richard J. Durbin, Arlen Specter, Benjamin L. Cardin, Samuel Brownback, and Orrin G. Hatch. Here is where it gets crazy, and this shows just how LAZY AND COMPLICIT the mainstream media is for not doing a little investigative work and calling out the President as he plays the blame game. Following the November 2008 election of Barack Obama, the Democrats created the bill on December 9th 2008, they voted for it on December 10th, Bush signed it for them on December 23rd (as he left office). It expired in 2011 and was replaced In 2013 when the entirety of the Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act was attached as an amendment to the Violence Against Women Act. Did you get that... Obama and the media are blaming the current crisis on a law that lapsed in 2011, but was replace in 2013 by a law Obama signed. DONT BELIEVE ME? THINK IM MAKING THIS UP?
