SOMETHING JOURNALISTS LIKE TO ASK LATELY IS: IS IT TIME FOR PLAN B? No, we are not looking at a Plan B we are actually moving into the SECOND PHASE of a cleverly thought out campaign to commercialize the rhino. PHASE ONE is / was an intensive poaching frenzy that was designed to shock and horrify the public into accepting quick solutions without giving much thought to what was behind it all. We all just want the bloody mess to go away, dont we? So, now we are entering PHASE TWO of the pro-trade plan. Having failed to halt the poaching in the Kruger Park the authorities will be forced to move hundreds if not thousands of rhinos onto private farms at dirt cheap prices to save them. I wonder what PHASE THREE will be? Watch this space!
