SOOOO glad the kids love school!! It;s no trouble getting them ready and out the door. Yesterday, as we were leaving for the bus, Gustavo said Grandma, you stay here. I saw other kids walking to the bus, and they didnt have a mom or grandma with them. I protested, but he repeated this at the end of the driveway. I compromised, by staying a ways back,(Celia stayed with me to chat), so when the school bus appeared he was able to get on it, triumphantly(and grinning) by himself. When the bus dropped them off in the afternoon, though, the other little boy and Celia go off, but no Gustavo. We waited expectantly, but he didnt appear. The bus driver looked around and said Where;s Celias brother? Finally one of the kids saidIn the front seat (he was right behind the driver). He and the little boy he was sitting with were both sound asleep!!!
