I’ve been trying for 1 ½ yrs. to get him. He’s walking on Broken Glass and Feces everywhere, Has Green Moldy Water, Short Chain knotted up, Fly strikes on his ears bleeding, etc. AC says there are no violations there. Wrong!! *Buster* needs a miracle. His owner yells at him and smacks him to get him to obey. Breaks my heart! I tried to buy him at one point because I knew he would be badly neglected and I was right. Owner would not sell him to me :(.
