SOS are holding an open session, open to all interested, about the Redrow Appeal against Kirklees decision to refuse them permission to build 200 or 108 houses on the Pilling Lane Green fields. Similar Kirklees decisions to turn down Redrow building on Skelmanthorpe Strike Lane and sites in Cleckheaton are also being challenged by the developer. Mike and Jill are kindly opening their cheese shop/cafe premises at: The Mousetrap, 1 Wakefield Road, Clayton West (the right hand side going into Wakefield, between the car wash place and the tyre place, just past the bridge) this Tuesday 29th October 2013 from 7.30pm. A chance for you sign the petition/s; to find out information about how to contact the inspector; and to encourage us to turn up on Tue 14th January 2014 in Dewsbury Minster at the start of the Appeal Hearing.
