SOUTH-EAST - A PEOPLE DISPERSED AND DOING THEMSELVES IN. South-East persons swell the voters register of other states/zones, then turn round to decry insults they receive from persons of other states/zones. How many of the registered voters of the other states/zones are Igbo individuals? Something must be done about that after the 2015 elections? The South-East constitute about 50% of Nigerias population and this must be reflected in the registered voters data.
