SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT : Club Mwah Goes Folkloric! ==================== New year, new show. After ten years of successfully mounting Las Vegas shows an excerpts, spoofs, impersonation acts the Las Vegas and Moulin Rouge way, Club Mwah goes folkloric and has come up a Filipiniana entertainment showcase as its way of paying homage to traditional native music and dances. Billed Folliespiniana, the new show had its premiere second weekend of January, 2014, introduced and presented as part 2 of a twinbill, the first part of which is a cluster of Broadway excerpts and Las Vegas-Moulin Rouge inspired production numbers. Two entirely different shows yet both spectacular and world-class which has become the trademark of Club Mwah for its spectacular, fabulous and brilliant shows. With Ay, Ay, Salidumay as musical accompaniment, the Luzon Suite has the Mount Banaue rice terraces as backdrop for the Igorot dance whose male dancers are in authentic G-strings made of woven abel cloth and studded with gold stone. Executive producer Pocholo Mallilin informs that after two awards for artistic excellence, Club Mwah will receive another distinction from the prestigious Asia-Pacific Award Council as 2014 The Most Outstanding Entertainment Theatric Club in Asia.
