SPECIAL OPS - Tuesday 7pm and Thursday 6pm Tough tough workout last week, well done everyone that had a bash at it. Another blast from the past this week, Operation SWORD. Workout Climb an ascending ladder for 20 minutes of, 1 x Thrusters (30/20) 2 x Press ups 3 x Burpees 2x Thrusters 3 x Press ups 4 x Burpees 3 x Thrusters 4 x Press ups 5 x Burpees Carry on that pattern as far as the time limit will allow. Looking forward to this one!
