SPECIAL Prayer Request: My family and friends I am asking for prayer for a lady I met today while I was out and about. My heart is breaking for her. I often strike up conversations with strangers and today a lady in the store I stopped at asked me about the color of a purse she was looking to buy for her daughter. She said is it pink? I said, No, it is a soft creamy beige with a darker brown trim. She was buying it for her daughter. She said she had trouble telling the color because she had eye drops in her eyes. I said, Oh, did you go have your eyes examined? and she said no, Id rather not speak of it AND that is when I noticed all the bruising on her face and chin and arms. Someone had beat her. I had seen this years ago when my sisters husband beat her so bad she was hospitalized for 3 days. I wanted to hug her but I was afraid to hurt her more. I asked her if I could please put her on my prayer list and she said, YES, please do. We spoke some more and of course I had to share Jesus and what He has done in my life. She said, I love how Jesus sends someone who is going through their own trials to help and encourage another person who is going through a rough time. She did tell me that her daughters are a great support to her. I am hoping they have removed her out of that bad situation. I did not hug her but we clasped each others hand and oh how I feel for this dear lady. I did not want to embarrass her by asking her questions. I cannot get her off my mind. Please if the LORD moves you would you pray for this lady.......her name is Barbara.........same as mine. Thank you all for your prayers
