SPECSAVERS - POOR SERVICE. My impression of Specsavers has changed - TopicsExpress

SPECSAVERS - POOR SERVICE. My impression of Specsavers has changed over the years, from nice, when they started up and had the same staff, to very poor now that the staff seem to have such low level training and change almost every time I visit. This is the Solihull shop. Poor record keeping, they could not find my file on the computer yesterday, so the earlier test graphs were missing. Files are very poorly organised, which hardly seems compliant. However, I am not sure what the compliance regulations are with hearing aid shops. Yesterday was another disaster, I was kept waiting 20 mins even though the previous patient had left 15 mins earlier. The member of staff was again someone new who had been requested to return from maternity leave to help out as the staffing levels were down again. She was unable to link the hearing aid to the equipment and needed to make 2 calls to help but to no avail. I now have to wait for another appointment which they said would be 2 weeks away ..... not acceptable to correct another problem of theirs. Work that they do is far below acceptable standards and this organisation needs a good shakeup. I will continue to post on Facebook about this until matters are sorted out and am presently awaiting a cal;l about an earlier appointment. JUST BEWARE WHEN THINKING BOUT SPECSAVERS HEARING CENTER IN SOLIHULL. This was posted earlier and removed, possibly by Specsavers. Will continue to post until contact is made as requested. This been posted again and removed again. Just shows what sort of company this is. Just in case you missed it, it will be repeated........
