SPI Open is on ! The South Padre Island Open presented by the South Padre Island Convention and Visitors Bureau has been CALLED ON. Volunteers arrive at 7:15 AM for set up. Check in and on the beach registration will begin at 7:40 AM and first heat in the water at 8:30 AM.
