SPI Primary and Secondary get RM60K handout each from the government from the Budget 2013 allocation for 2014. We should be grateful...right? Its quite ironic that our schools are expected to operate off handouts and the goodwill of stakeholders even though Mission school students are Malaysians and multiracial, coming from all walks of life. These schools teach the Malaysian curriculum and run all MOE programmes . Our schools, insipte of being semi-aided and receiving minimal funding support, take pride in providing a unique brand of quality education that is truly Malaysian, serving - the last, the least and the lost - without favour or bias. Long live St. Pauls Institution and the Mission schools!
