SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING-BASEBALL Our approach to training young athletes is pretty simple. Its to create an atmosphere where the body not only needs strength body but stabilize and have good flexibility(quality muscle tissue) which will allow them to perform their activity. In this case Erik Foster performs a tri- set , three exercises done consecutively all putting his body to the test. Stabilizing and then creating force.Good job E!!
