SPORT SPECIFIC– BASEBALL Our approach to training athletes is pretty simple. We put them in an atmosphere where they not only have to control and stabilize the body and then create force as they would for there sport . In Eriks case for baseball, legs, core, and shoulder blade stability are big assets to him when he performs his trade . Here he displays awesomebody awareness and control. Its not as easy As it looks. Good job E!!
