SPOTLIGHT MOMENT On Wednesday 27th October and Today 29th October 2014 at Campbelltown Community Services Campus, Aspire College, Mental Health awareness activities were held with respect to Mental Health Month and the Blue Knot Mental Health initiative. Trainer/ Assessor Chantelle Akapi arranged, organised and rallied students to participate in fund raising initiative, various raffles, self-care activates and mental health support services awareness. A morning tea was held to raise money for Beyond Blue to support those living with Poor mental health or concerns of this nature. Campus staff and students were all involved and supportive of the day’s agenda. Proudly we are able to announce that over $300.00 has been raised for donation to Beyond Blue mental health organisation on behalf of Aspire College’s staff and students (and we aren’t done yet!) raffle ticket sales continue until the end of the week for various and generously donated prizes.
