Under no circumstances are they intended to be used … A recent covert monitoring exercise has identified that a few residents are lighting fires and burning logs / garden waste in these garden features. Self-proclaimed specialists living a few doors away from one property under investigation cite that this may be the root cause for polar ice caps melting, global warming, local, national and international flooding, droughts, forest fires in Indonesia, overheating of the earth’s core and more importantly, overflowing dog poo bins in the vicinity of the Procurators house.
