SPRING HAS ARRIVED! Our bocce court is snow-free for the first time since early November. Now ... rake, rake, rake! This Sunday ... hopefully ... we shall host our first bocce tournament of the season. Of course our Sunday tournaments come with cookouts, liquid libations, a bonfire (sometimes), music, and always great camaraderie. We might even squeeze in a cornhole tournament, too ... if the crowd feels like throwing corn-filled, one-pound, canvas bags at six-inch-in-diameter holes 33 feet apart on slanted 2 x 4 boards.
