SQUAT challenge variation for you! Feel free to stick with the basic squat, esp as we add reps as the month goes on. Ill be honest, my squat rack has some muscle awareness going on in my lower half! Stick with it gang!!! 65 trx squat jumps for me today:) FINISH the WHOLE month with me!! I know you can!!! Again, do 5 at a time throughout the day if you need to. YOU make the rules, just complete the numbered reps each day and vary the rest days as you need to:) Have fun!!
